The Incredible Dry Rub

2 Tbsp Paprika

2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika

1 Tbsp Chili Powder

1 Tbsp Granulated Garlic Powder

1 Tbsp Onion Powder

1 Tbsp Cumin Powder

1 tsp Dry Mustard

2 tsp Himalayan Salt

Mix all ingredients together. (To get an even coating dredge each wing separately in the rub or my method>>>) Put wings in plastic bags that seal (do not put more than 15 wings in a gallon bag so that you can ensure a good shake coating on all wings) I use about 1/8 cup of rub per 10 wings. The recipe above makes about +/- 40 wings. I allow my wings to sit for several hours after coating before I grill them.

Grill wings over indirect heat for about 30 minutes, turning half way through, and then place on direct medium heat to allow them to crisp to your desired crunch.

You can pour some EVOO into the bag and lightly coat the wings before putting them on the grill.
