Basic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Himalayan salt
1 tsp. raw honey (or pure maple syrup)
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

2 tsp. chopped fresh herbs (like basil, oregano, parsley, or dill)(to taste, optional)
